Twenty six of Atonement's ladies met on Saturday, Feb. 15, at 11 a.m. for our monthly meeting. We reviewed the January Rummage Sale which benefited the "Rebuilding Our Future" Fund; WELCA and the Men of Atonement are very happy with the generous receipts from this sale. Thank you to the congregation for all the donations. WELCA has a Committee to look into worldwid mission projects that we could support this year. Missions at home and abroad are part of our mission as Women of the ELCA. We are sponsoring a collection of needed items for the Sunrise Domestic Shelter in Dade City starting with the beginning of Lent on March 5. There will be a flyer available with a list of suggested donations beginning on February 23rd. Donations may be brought to Friendship Hall starting on March 5 to Easter Sunday, April 20.
